Emergency OFF switch

Controls

The emergency OFF switch 1 is fitted on the right side of the handlebar.

Possible states

Controls Emergency OFF switch off - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted, a running engine stops, and a non-running engine cannot be started.

Controls Emergency OFF switch on - This position is required for operation; the ignition circuit is closed.

Electric starter button

Controls

The electric starter button 1 is fitted on the right side of the handlebar.

Possible states

Ignition/steering lock

Controls

The ignition/steering lock is in front of the upper triple clamp.

Possible states

ControlsIgnition off OFF - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted, a running engine stops, and a non-running engine will not start. The ignition key can be removed.

Controls   Ignition on - In this position, the ignition circuit is closed and the engine can be started.

Controls Steering locked - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted and the steering locked. The ignition key can be removed.

Note Danger of damage The parked vehicle can roll away or fall over. Park the vehicle on a firm and level surface. Park the vehicle. Turn the handlebar all the way to the left.
